Weeknight Discover Blacksmithing Class
This class is designed for beginners to blacksmithing who want a taste of what the trade is all about. Participants will learn the use of gas forges. We will cover metal identification, hammer control, forging technique, heat treating and tools. You will get a chance to make 1-2 projects you can take home in a 3-hour class. Age Requirements: middle schoolers can attend with a parent participating also (two spots will need to be reserved), high schoolers can attend on their own with a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
